This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work closely with Ryan, one of the Directors, and learn the entire commercial side of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop a career in the construction industry and be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges within a commercial construction setting. They will work closely with experienced team members to learn the ins and outs of the commercial construction process and engage in tasks related to tendering and estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement commercial strategies
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and estimates
- Collaborate with various departments to understand the full scope of commercial construction operations
- Receive on-the-job training and support to enhance industry and commercial knowledge
