About the Role
Otis is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead the management of volume installation and construction projects in the Midlands and surrounding areas.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk, and ensuring that the project runs to time and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining project objectives, forecasting, and undertaking effective day-to-day management of the project
- Managing multiple projects concurrently and taking P&L responsibility
- Customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability
Requirements
- A strong and demonstrable background in Project Management, ideally within the Lift Industry or similar allied trade
- Relevant Project Management qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- A highly effective, confident communicator, who can be assertive when required
- Commercially astute with the ability to maximise profitable revenue
