Nurse Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and guidance to care staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Developing tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident, and continuously evaluating and updating these plans as needed.
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinated support for residents.
