An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to take on a challenging role as a Nurse Manager at Care UK, a leading provider of high-quality care services.
As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to our care staff, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our approved apprenticeship scheme and ongoing training and development programs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must be an NMC Registered Nurse with experience in writing comprehensive care plans and utilizing clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- A strong understanding of clinical excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality care are vital for success in this position.
