Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You will have a proven track record of working in healthcare, preferably in a care home setting, and hold current registration with the NMC. You will be comfortable using clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and care assistants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will also be involved in recruiting and training new staff members, and contributing to the development of our care policies and procedures.
