The Role: As a Clinical Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the performance and productivity of the team
  • Conducting clinical supervisions, appraisals, and reviews
  • Developing and delivering training programs
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in clinical leadership or management roles
  • Degree in a relevant healthcare field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
