About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Park Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Cotswold Farm Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the park's facilities and equipment are in excellent condition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repairs
  • Assist with loading and unloading bulk goods and setting up temporary event facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance work on the farm and estate as needed
  • Take care of maintenance duties and cover weekends on a rotating basis
  • Handle mowing, strimming, leaf clearing, and weeding

Working Practices
  • Provide high-quality maintenance services
  • Take care of equipment and attend meetings/training
  • Understand Health & Safety regulations and COSHH assessments

Personal Profile
  • Positive attitude, organized, and good team player
  • Flexible problem solver, punctual, and detail-oriented

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Rough Terrain Forklift experience
