About the Role

Cotswold Farm Park is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team in a newly formed role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep of play equipment, buildings, fixtures, and fittings at Cotswold Farm Park.

Main Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the delivery of all reactive and PPM requirements within the Cotswold Farm Park and wider areas as required.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of site presentation, including leading on groundcare and mowing schedules.
  • Assisting with machinery maintenance and ensuring safe operation of equipment.
  • Leading and supervising a team responsible for daily reactive maintenance duties, groundcare, and event build and break.
  • Undertaking a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Building and deconstructing temporary event or activity facilities.
  • Assisting with event delivery, including set up, stewarding, and break down.
  • Carrying out routine inspections and checks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Assisting with maintenance work on the wider Farm and Estate as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in building maintenance, reactive, and planned maintenance.
  • Experience in using Microsoft and CAFM software packages.
  • Experience in ground care and generic handy person tasks.
  • A good working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
  • A driving license.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable:

  • Apprenticeship qualified in an area of expertise, e.g., plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical.
  • Experience in leading or supervising a small team.
