About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team at Cotswold Farm Park. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the upkeep of our play equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance tasks
  • Leading a team responsible for daily maintenance duties, ground care, and event build and break
  • Ensuring safe operation of equipment and use of appropriate PPE
  • Undertaking a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Assisting with event delivery, including set up, stewarding, and break down
  • Carrying out routine inspections and checks as directed by the Maintenance Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance, reactive and planned maintenance
  • Experience in using Microsoft and CAFM software packages
  • Experience in ground care and generic handy person tasks
  • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
  • A driving license

Preferred Skills

Apprenticeship qualified in an area of expertise, experience in leading/supervising a small team, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Working Arrangements

The role will be based at Cotswold Farm Park, with a 5-day working week, 42.5 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.
