About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team at Cotswold Farm Park. This is a great opportunity to join a small and friendly team in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance requirements within the park and wider areas as required.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of site presentation, including ground care and mowing schedules.
  • Leading and supervising a team responsible for daily reactive maintenance duties, ground care, and event build and break.
  • Ensuring safe operation of equipment and use of appropriate PPE as required.
  • Undertaking a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including basic painting, plumbing, play equipment repairs, carpentry, doors, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Building and deconstructing temporary event or activity facilities, including horse fun rides.
  • Assisting with event delivery, which can include set up, stewarding, and break down.
  • Carrying out routine inspections and checks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Assisting with maintenance work on the wider Farm and Estate as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in building maintenance, reactive, and planned maintenance.
  • Experience in using Microsoft and CAFM software packages.
  • Experience in ground care and generic handy person tasks.
  • A good working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
  • A driving license.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable:

  • Apprenticeship qualified in an area of expertise, e.g., plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical.
  • Experience in leading or supervising a small team.
