Job Title: Senior Practitioner
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, an innovative recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner for the South Adult Locality Team. Based in Herefordshire, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,403 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- To monitor staff performance and contribute to identifying learning needs with the team manager.
- To ensure legal/financial arrangements are correctly in place for service user and carer provision.
- To establish monitoring and reviewing systems for clients on caseloads and maintain accurate case files.
- To follow procedures for collecting and recording information accurately for reliable analysis and reporting.
- To provide regular supervision to practitioners as agreed with the team manager.
- To ensure work quality meets national standards and local procedures.
- To record advice given and decisions taken during consultation and supervision.
- To co-work complex cases and assist in planning evidence, records, and reports.
- To work with the Registration and Inspection Units to monitor good practice in residential and nursing homes.
