Job SummaryAs a Senior Practitioner, you will conduct statutory and complex specialist assessments, determine the most suitable interventions, and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams to optimize support for children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive assessment plans, identifying areas for support and promoting effective interventions.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to enhance the quality of support.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external teams, fostering open communication and cooperation.
- Apply policies and procedures accurately and consistently, staying updated on relevant developments.
- Contribute to the service's strategic development, participating in planning and review activities to drive progress and excellence.
You will need a proven track record in children's or adults' services, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential.
