Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing project documentation and information.

About the Role:

  • Draft and maintain the project's Information Management Protocol (IMP) to ensure compliance with information exchange and security requirements.
  • Ensure that locations and processes for creating and storing project information are defined and agreed at project start-up.
  • Provide clear direction to the project team on the use of defined project information management systems and tools.
  • Allocate document numbering/naming systems for project documentation and carry out data checks on all incoming shared/published documents.
  • Generate reports and monitor data analytics to provide feedback to the project team on project performance throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • You should have main contractor experience, ideally with a Tier 1 provider.
  • Construction site-based experience is essential.
  • You should have good practical experience and application of ISO19650 and PAS 8672.
  • ASITE admin/user experience is required.
  • Experience of implementing Information Management strategies at project, region, or group level is preferred.
