Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

**Job Description**

We are seeking a Pharmacy Incident Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Governance Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Superintendent's Pharmacist Office, ensuring the efficient management of pharmacy incidents and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the review of pharmacy incident reports to identify urgent issues and escalate them to the relevant teams
  • Maintaining accurate records of pharmacy incidents and complaints
  • Providing administrative support to the Copy Approval team, including day-to-day tasks and maintenance of field contact lists
  • Supporting the central SPO team with administrative tasks, such as filing, archiving, and telephone calls
  • Attending the pharmacy planning meeting on behalf of the SPO team and coordinating activity planning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy qualification, such as Pharmacy Advisor (preferential) or be prepared to work towards this qualification at the request of the business
  • Good governance and operational knowledge of walk-in dispensing, Care Services, and Medisure (DDS)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high concern for order and quality
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time, every time
