Non-Executive Director Opportunity

As they prepare for the next phase of growth, they seek an experienced Non-Executive Director with an investment background to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your investment expertise to secure funding for further growth and expansion.
  • Offer guidance in setting the company up for a successful exit by creating a roadmap.
  • Utilise your established contacts within the investment and financial sectors to make introductions and open doors to key opportunities.
  • Provide high-level governance, ensuring the business stays true to its core values while achieving its growth ambitions.

Requirements:
  • A solid background in investment, private equity, or venture capital.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling businesses, securing investment, and guiding companies to a successful exit.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts in the investment world.
  • Comfortable working closely with the founder and leadership team, offering guidance and insight without stepping into day-to-day operations.
