Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Change Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring top-tier customer experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and the highest standards in both food and drink.
* Ensure a consistently excellent experience for all guests, with an emphasis on high-quality service, hospitality, and attention to detail.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and sales forecasting.
* Ensure that all licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations are met and upheld.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, high-quality hospitality venue (ideally within the gastro pub or restaurant).
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
* Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, costs, and revenue streams.
* Knowledge of food, drink, and the latest industry trends.
