Citypark Investments is seeking an experienced Executive Director (SMF3) to strengthen its leadership capacity and ensure compliance with MiFIDPRU regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of MiFID II, MiFIDPRU, and FCA requirements, as well as experience in a Director or senior leadership role in a MiFIDPRU firm or financial services company regulated by the FCA.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and business objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the firm's governance framework, ensuring compliance with MiFID II, MiFIDPRU, and FCA regulations.
  • Risk Management: Support the board in implementing an effective risk management framework, ensuring the firm identifies and manages its risks appropriately.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial health of the firm, ensuring compliance with capital and liquidity requirements under MiFIDPRU.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven recent experience in a Director or senior leadership role in a MiFIDPRU firm or financial services company regulated by the FCA.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the MiFID II directive, MiFIDPRU rules, and associated prudential and conduct obligations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a high level of integrity and ethical judgment.
