Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Priory Adult Care's Rosehill Rehabilitation Unit in Torquay, Devon.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide care and support for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or neuro-degenerative conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Participating in activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
