Education Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education Support Professional. This permanent position is for 30 hours per week, (5 days per week term time), 39 weeks per year.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to undertake work, care and support programmes as directed by the class teacher and SENDCo. We are very proud of our inclusive school and our support staff team play a vital role in enabling our children to succeed.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other colleagues to support a range of pupils, including those with recognised special educational needs. This is a highly rewarding position within a supportive team, where you can gain new skills and make a real difference to the education of our children.
We require an individual who is enthusiastic, conscientious, self-motivated and would like to provide a key role in enabling access to learning for our pupils. If you are passionate about supporting children and young people, and have excellent communication and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
Ventrus Multi Academy Trust require all applicants to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship/work visas. You will be required to provide proof of Right to Work at interview stage.
