Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate education professional to join our inclusion pastoral team at St Luke's School, part of the Ted Wragg Trust.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing and coordinating support for students who may be facing challenges in school. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with families to facilitate their successful re-engagement, promoting excellence in learning and teaching, supporting with managing behaviour, optimising resources available, and ensuring exceptional progress, particularly for students with SEMH needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to providing high-quality support to students.
