About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Special Education Assistant to join our team at Glendinning Academy. As a member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with complex needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs.

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to develop and implement individualized educational plans. You will also provide direct support to students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
