**Job Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support a delightful pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our foundation class. This role will involve supporting learning, daily routines, and language development.

The successful candidate will need to be calm, cheerful, proactive, and flexible, with a positive and encouraging attitude, kindness, and the ability to use their initiative. They should also be effective team players who can go the extra-mile for the children and team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with autism within a school environment, although this is not essential. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field would be beneficial. The role requires the ability to communicate confidently and fluently in English.
