Job Description

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mealtime Play Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our pupils during lunchtime.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our children.

You will be required to work with our pupils, setting up and leading play activities in the playground, co-ordinating play, and assisting with their well-being during lunchtime.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to support the supervision of children during lunch and play, using your initiative to ensure that we provide a safe and nurturing environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and lead play activities in the playground
  • Co-ordinate play for pupils
  • Assist with the well-being of pupils during lunchtime
  • Support the supervision of children during lunch and play
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £18,933 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

This role requires a DBS disclosure and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and pupils.
