An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Education Team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a leading healthcare provider in the East of England.
The role of HCA Practice Facilitator will focus on providing clinical training and coaching for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) in their Band 2 foundation year. This will involve developing and delivering comprehensive teaching programmes that enable HCAs to support the delivery of basic nursing care, meeting the necessary standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical experience, with a relevant qualification in healthcare and experience of assisting with training programmes. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with managers of clinical areas used for training purposes, and assist with reporting performance issues of HCAs registered with the Nurse Bank.
