About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mase Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing new and existing business in the Northern territory.

Your primary focus will be on cultivating a current account base of (Apply online only) accounts and developing sales opportunities within areas such as machine builders, factory automation, production machinery, industrial machinery, automated warehousing, healthcare equipment, test benches, UAV's, etc.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Production Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and growing new (70%) and existing business (30%).
  2. Cultivating a current account base of (Apply online only) accounts.
  3. Proactively developing sales opportunities within areas such as machine builders, factory automation, production machinery, industrial machinery, automated warehousing, healthcare equipment, test benches, UAV's, etc.
  4. Developing long-term relationships with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Production Managers.
  5. Contributing towards our long-term growth expectations.
  6. Meeting and exceeding sales forecasts for the region.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a minimum of 4-5 years' solution sales experience selling electronic/electrical components to OEMs.

You will have a strong consultative and solutions-based sales approach, with the ability to liaise with technical personnel and possess the following skills:

A consultative and solutions-based sales approach.Willingness to travel and hold a full UK driving license.

We are open to the type of electrical engineering products you have sold, however experience with Connectors, Cable Assemblies, Sensors, PLC's, Inverters, Drives, Industrial Computing, Switchgear, Motors, Asset Tracking (manufacturing) or Industry 4.0 is highly desirable.

Although a formal engineering qualification isn't required, it is essential that you are comfortable liaising with technical personnel and possess the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
