**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Officer to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the welfare and safety of our students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students, as well as contributing to the development of policies and procedures to promote student wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support and guidance to students, including helping with academic tasks and personal issues.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to promote student wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective implementation of student support initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • A relevant qualification or experience in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £29,623 - £34,275 per annum (pro rata).
  • 18 hours per week, term-time only.
  • An unpaid lunchbreak of 30 minutes per day.
