About the Role:

The Educational Needs Advocate will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN), and a range of associated social, emotional, and mental health challenges and traumas.

The role involves working closely with teachers and specialist staff to identify risks and needs, escalate where necessary, and provide vital support within the community.

About You:

">

We are looking for a highly empathetic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable young people, and a degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology.

">

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and a passion for promoting the well-being of young people.

">

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, training, and professional development opportunities.

Estimated Salary Range: £30,200 - £39,300
