About the Role:

The South Farnham Educational Trust is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to embark on a one-year Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship (PGTA) programme. As an apprentice teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to earn a salary while training for your teaching qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  1. You will be employed by the South Farnham Educational Trust and supported with your teacher training application to South Farnham SCITT.
  2. You will gain exceptional training from an outstanding provider of Initial Teacher Training, South Farnham SCITT.
  3. You will kick-start your teaching career with some responsibility for whole class teaching from day 1.

Key Requirements:

  • You must hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4 (C) or above in English and maths (and science if you want to teach primary).
  • You must possess a degree (this does not have to be in education).
  • You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
