The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years Education, with excellent knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices. They should also possess strong leadership and management skills, able to motivate and inspire our staff to provide exceptional care and education.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the quality of care and education provided to children
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to ensure they meet the highest standards
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in our approach to childcare
