Clinical Training Specialist for Endovascular Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our Endovascular business, based in the Midlands and Ireland region. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in clinical training and be passionate about delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will drive employee and customer clinical training, creating bespoke programs based on customer needs. They will maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of assigned therapies and technologies, as well as a general understanding of the relevant healthcare market.

In this role, you will support the Endovascular business strategy by executing product implementation plans and customer education. You will also provide technical support during clinical procedures, conduct product presentations, and respond to technical questions raised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized clinical training programs for employees and customers
  • Maintain expert knowledge of endovascular therapies and technologies
  • Support business strategy execution through product implementation and customer education
  • Provide technical assistance during clinical procedures
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and address technical queries
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in cath lab clinical or healthcare specialist roles
  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare market and its dynamics
  • Familiarity with cath lab/operating room procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
