The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Research Specialty Lead to join our team.

Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our team to develop and implement research initiatives that drive positive change in healthcare. You will be responsible for supporting research delivery within health and care settings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in regional and national meetings and events.
You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the success of our research portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing strategies to address any challenges or obstacles.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in research facilitation, coordination, and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with NHS policies and procedures
