As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Engagement Lead to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our regional strategies and ensuring seamless engagement with stakeholders across the region.



About the Role


  • Salary: $93,000 - $105,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, or Taunton (with regular travel to local and regional offices)
  • Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement regional strategies to deliver key national research in health and care priorities
  • Analyse data underpinning increased capacity and capability in research delivery, across all specialties and settings
  • Engage, develop, and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery
