  • Develop and implement effective Housekeeping strategies to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Housekeeping management, preferably in a large hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles
