Executive Housekeeper Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housekeeping department to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve commercial goals and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage large teams of over 100 team members and provide guidance on HR processes and L&D.
  • Drive guest-focused culture within Housekeeping and ensure every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to guest satisfaction.
  • Develop internal talent and provide evidence of driving team engagement.
  • Play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel and share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care.
