The role of Claims & Relationship Lead at HSB involves reporting to the Claims Operations & Relationship Manager and collaborating closely with the Business Development Teams & Partnerships. The primary objective is to deliver, implement, and monitor claims processes and value-added services that cater to our clients' needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting and updating treaties, terms of business agreements, service level agreements, and claims service guidelines;
- Assisting the Claims Operations & Relationship Manager in designing, developing, and implementing claims service processes and activities to support the onboarding of new partnerships and product development;
- Coordinating and proactively managing regular claims and service review meetings with key business partners and client companies;
- Reviewing existing claims services and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation to improve quality and efficiency of claims propositions and client experience;
- Working closely with Business Development and Partnerships to assist and provide support for the onboarding of new business portfolios and distribution partners;
- Supporting the ongoing relationship management of existing partners;
- Marketing and communication to raise awareness of the Claims Team, including maintaining a social media presence.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge of general insurer markets and programmes;
- Track record of successful customer relationship management;
- Excellent written skills and the ability to draft and create contract wordings;
- Ability to produce 'user-friendly' management reports;
- Ability to speak a European language other than English (desirable);
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- Partial or completed CII qualifications – (preferred)
