About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and stay satisfied with their insurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Analyse clients' business needs and recommend insurance solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker with a strong background in handling commercial insurance products.
  • A proven ability to work independently and manage their workload efficiently.
  • Experience managing a book of business, with a focus on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
