Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager or Social Worker to join our team at the Family Assessment Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and their families.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work
  • Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings
  • Strong parenting assessment knowledge and skills
  • Management/leadership experience or a willingness to be trained
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
