Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.

- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
