We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive Leader to join our high-performing team at NFU Mutual Agency in Ipswich. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive the delivery of new key commercial business sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the insurance sector, and be able to develop and grow the business strategy. They will be fully supported through a comprehensive training programme and surrounded by colleagues who will support them in acquiring new insurance business and associated products.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension contribution, medical cashback plan, employee volunteering scheme, unlimited access to refer a friend bonus scheme, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driven and determined high performer with a proven track record in sales. You will also need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales support systems, as well as a minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
