Job Title: Client Services Manager

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the Client Order Management activities for our institutional client base. The successful candidate will support the execution of core activities in a changing and dynamic environment, ensuring the provision of a superlative service that aligns with operational and strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify processes and service enhancements, or potential risks, to ensure the client service provided is of the highest standard and remains fully compliant.
  • Manage the resolution of complex outstanding items, business issues, and rectify anomalies to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Produce insightful and meaningful MI reporting to management highlighting trends, analysis, and errors.
  • Develop and maintain effective Client and Service Provider relationships, working closely with relevant parties to ensure service provision supports team objectives/goals.
  • Resolve all day-to-day operational issues or errors and resolve anomalies to ensure a high level of customer service and accurate transactions.
  • Maintain procedure manuals, task lists, and risk maps as necessary and ensure procedural enhancements are implemented and communicated to team members as required.
  • Ensure you are acting in line with our Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policies.

Requirements:

  • Dealing experience in unit linked and/or segregated mandates and/or middle office experience in an accounting or transactional based role.
  • Experience or understanding in Institutional business within asset management.
  • Track record of exposure to business risk and policies and procedures.
  • Strong Excel skills - VBA (desirable).
  • Good experience of working with data.
