Client Service Manager Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in London. As a senior member of our client service department, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality client service across multiple accounts.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality client service across multiple accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Ensure that client needs are effectively communicated to the agency's creative team and that creative work is aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and status.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience agency/client-side in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated marketing campaigns (TTL, PR, Social, Content, etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of the creative process and ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management and collaboration tools.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £55K depending on experience and qualifications.
