Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Site Shop Manager to oversee the retail operations of two charity shops in Walton on Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales staff and volunteers, and ensuring excellent customer service across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs and deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive sales and increase income across both locations
  • Implement quality control and pricing strategies for stock management
  • Utilise sales data to make informed business decisions
  • Maintain high standards of presentation in both shops through visual merchandising
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in retail management with experience in fashion/clothing retailing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
  • KPI aware and driven
