About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee two thriving charity shops in Walton on Thames. As a Dual Site Shop Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all retail activity across both shops, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee the daily operations of both shops, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory, utilities, and other expenses
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity shop environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
