Are you a retail professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a dynamic Dual Site Shop Manager to oversee two charity shops in Walton on Thames. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all retail activity across the two sites, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both shops, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Work closely with the hospice team to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity shop environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
