Dual Site Shop Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Site Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of two charity shops in Walton on Thames. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team of sales staff and volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise Profits: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue across both locations.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive a first-class experience, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with the local community.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of presentation in both shops, including visual displays and window displays.
  • Stock Management: Implement quality control and pricing strategies to ensure that stock is managed effectively and that customers receive excellent value for money.
  • EPOS Expertise: Utilise sales data to make informed business decisions and drive sales growth.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A proven track record in retail management, with experience of leading a team and driving sales growth.
