Job Description

We are looking for a Children's Services Improvement Manager to join our team at Semester. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance initiatives, conducting audits and reviews, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a qualified child and family social worker, with at least 5 years of experience. They should also have experience in staff development via Student/ASYE Support and/or leading a team, conducting performance management, and supervision.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving outcomes for children and families.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
