School Improvement Liverpool Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our school improvement team as an EYFS Lead. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our school community and shape the future of our students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of EYFS practitioners, ensuring that our early years education meets the highest standards. They will work closely with the leadership team to evaluate the effectiveness of our provision and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the EYFS team to deliver high-quality early years education.
- To collaborate with the leadership team to drive school improvement initiatives.
- To develop and implement creative and innovative approaches to curriculum design.
- To maintain high expectations of pupil attainment and behavior.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving school improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to inspire and influence staff to achieve excellence.
- Passion for teaching and learning in Early Years, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
Salary Information: The salary range for this position is £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
