About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment and working with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis to support their learning.

Key responsibilities include supporting pupils' sensory needs, anxiety management, and implementing social emotional literacy interventions.

This role requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure children achieve their full potential.

Able to consistently use an emotion coaching approach to help identify emotions, this candidate should be skilled in coaching and mentoring to provide stability.

This position involves demonstrating high expectations and standards in learning, teaching, and behaviour, while being committed to working in partnership with colleagues, other professionals, and families.

Salary: £24,790.00
