**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at St Margaret Mary's Catholic Infant School. As a Teaching Assistant - SEN Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of children with SEN and contributing to their personal growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to pupils, including developing and implementing individualized learning plans and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure that pupils receive the best possible education and care.

The salary for this role is £24,790 per annum, which reflects the school's commitment to investing in the development of its staff and ensuring that they have the skills and expertise needed to make a positive impact on pupil outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing individualized support to pupils with SEN
  • Developing and implementing learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

**Requirements**

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related field
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
