We are seeking a skilled teacher and leader to join our team as Lead EYFS Practitioner.

The successful candidate will have a clear vision for improving Early Years education, outstanding classroom practice, and the ability to inspire and influence colleagues.

This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of provision, committing to raising attainment and aspiration, and supporting the development of staff.

We require someone who:

  • Has high expectations of pupil's attainment and behaviour, while being committed to an inclusive and caring environment.
  • Can develop good relationships with children, staff, parents, and our local community.
  • Is dedicated and supportive, with lots of energy and enthusiasm.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
